Board Positions-Volunteers Needed

SRCS Athletic Booster Club has openings for our executive board and committees.

Founded in 2002 by a group of dedicated parents of SRCS in order to financially support the growth and development of the Triangle Catholic School Athletic Conference (TCSAC) middle school sports, SRCS PE program, K-5 elementary/intramural sports, and middle school club sport teams.

Positions are open for:

Executive Board: (these positions are for one year except President Elect which is two years)

• President Elect
• Secretary
• Treasurer

Committees: (These committees can be for 1+ years-your choice)

• Concessions
• Hot Lunch Volunteer Coordinator

Please consider volunteering your time with this organization that makes a huge difference in Saint Raphael. You do not need to be a middle schooler parent to be on the board.

ABC meets once a month. Meetings usually last an hour and discussions include the finances, sports coming up, fundraising, and PE.

ABC hosts the Pepsi booths during the Parish fair as part of our fundraising efforts, concession stands during home games, and other various events throughout the year. 

Please consider your time that you can give to this organization. It means so much to have quality parents step up and do their part in our school. So it's up to you to keep the ball rolling, so to speak.

at St. Raphael’s St. Patty’s Day Party.

March 10^th at 7:00 pm

Two Age Brackets Available: 

Age 18-up
Ages 10-17


16 team brackets for ages 18-up

8 team brackets for ages 10-17


$20.00 per team (consist of 2 people)
(you can only play on one team at a time)


Door prize for best team name.


1 Prize awarded to tournament winner(s) in each age group:

5 tickets to a home UNC Tarheel basketball game & parking pass
(non-conference game in Nov/Dec) 
OR
A charter boat fishing trip with the NC State National Champion "Bass Pack"
(there is only one set of tickets and one fishing trip.
Each team must choose a prize or a coin toss will determine final prize for each team)

Teams must register by 7:15 pm

Tournament begins at 7:30 pm
Teams must remain at the party until the end or until you are out.

Job Well Done On The Court!

Special Thanks to the 8th Grade Players!

Girls and Boys Basketball Teams! Both JV and Varsity teams ended the season with smiles. Friendships were made and fun was had by all. We appreciate all the volunteers time that parents of the booster club put into making the season a success. Without our volunteers there would have been no stats bookkeeper, scoreboard keeper, concessions for the fans or water for the players. Thanks for a great season and supporting your Athletic Booster Club at SRCS!

Need Your Help!

Our school's biggest fundraiser is almost here. The Party-January 28th benefits both the Booster Club and the HSA. We need your help! We only need an hour of your time that evening. Take a rest from dancing to help out. Sign ups can be found at the link to the right! Our participation is necessary. We need to raise money for our field. This is our opportunity to share in the profits of The Party. But we have to volunteer time to the event. Sign up now!

Spring Sports Coming Soon

We are half way through the Basketball season with our teams at SRCS making us proud with their talent and sportmanship.

Spring Sport sign ups are coming soon. This spring the following sports will be offered at SRCS:

Girls Soccer
Boys Baseball
Boys Lacrosse

Watch for signups at the spirit store.

Tryouts in late February and season starting first part of March.
